Dojo nabe – Japanese loach stew

Dojo nabe is traditional food in Japan.
Dojo(どぜう/どじょう) is called loach in English.

There are Japanese style seats.

Put green onions. It is cooked, then eat it with Japanese spice(sansyo).
Dojo nabe is seasoned with warishita that is combined seasoning for Japanese food. It is a salty-sweet.

Additionally, there are many Japanese dishes like namazu nabe(catfish pot), koi sashimi(carp).

Sake with nurukan(warm sake).

There are also seats at the table and chairs not just tatami seats.
